Raw balls with peanut butter
Truth be told, I always keep some of these little healthy treats in the fridge. They are a great little energy booster and they will satisfy your sweet tooth as well. Keep them in the fridge, and they will last several weeks… I think. They have always been eaten after just a few days in my home.
There are many different versions of the raw ball, but I really like this kind with peanut butter. The best part is that you get to roll them in whatever you like! Try coconut, hazelnut, sesame seeds, dried raspberry. There are no rules. It’s totally up to you!

- Roast the nuts in the oven for 5-10 mins at 180 degrees.
- Blend all the ingredients together, with a tiny bit of water. Keeping the texture not too smooth.

- Roll the raw balls in anything you like for example coconut, pistachio, almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds.
